Five friends sat down together in a post apocalyptic world after Covid. Due to their passion of music they soon realized they could bring joy and happiness to all the classic people they’ve met over the years. It’s time to give back! And what better way to achieve this then through some good old punkrock music! All with a different background in music each of us brings something different to the table which we violently throw together to make your classic heads bounce up and down. Now that the set is done and ready to penetrate your eardrums, we’re making plans to record our debut EP so you can bring that live experience back into your houses.

Shape Of Things

SHAPE OF THINGS is een garage- powerpopband uit Haarlem.
In een driemansbezetting van gitaar, bas en drums speelt de band voornamelijk eigen werk: gitaarliedjes die soms de zon laat schijnen en op een ander moment je van je sokken blazen met ontsporende songs die de fantasie prikkelen.
Het repertoire citeert uit de jaren 60: beat met psychedelische invloeden en uit de late jaren 70: new wave. Dit alles komt samen tot een eigen energiek powerpop geluid vol dynamiek en avontuur.
